By submitting information through our website, onboarding form, or by sending us customer job details for processing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Services

FinalTouch Messaging provides automated follow-up and review request email services for service businesses.

Our platform sends automated emails based on job information provided by the client.

Email delivery timing may vary and is not guaranteed to occur at a specific minute or hour. Follow-up emails are typically sent within 24–48 hours of receiving job information.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• You have obtained proper consent from customers before submitting their email addresses.
  
  

• You will comply with all applicable email marketing and data protection laws (including CAN-SPAM and other relevant regulations).
  
  

• The information you provide to us is accurate and lawful to use.
  
  

You are solely responsible for the customer data you submit to FinalTouch Messaging.

3. No Guarantee of Results

FinalTouch Messaging does not guarantee:

• Increased customer reviews
  
  

• Specific email open or response rates
  
  

• Improved search rankings
  
  

• Revenue increases
  
  

Email deliverability and customer behavior are influenced by many factors outside of our control.

4. Payment and Subscription

• Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
  
  

• You may cancel at any time.
  
  

• No refunds are guaranteed for partial billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use FinalTouch Messaging to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
  
  

• Harass, threaten, or mislead recipients
  
  

• Violate any applicable law
  
  

• Send fraudulent or deceptive messages
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform.

6. Data and Confidentiality

We act as a service provider processing data on your behalf.

We take reasonable measures to protect stored information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Third-party service outages
  
  

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding one (1) month.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate service if:

11. Governing Law
